Empowering Communities Through Technology and Education

Cambodian Tech for Community Development Organization (C.T.D) exists to empower communities through technology and education. We focus on practical programs that help students, teachers, and families gain the digital confidence they need to study, work, communicate, and lead.

Technology can connect rural schools to new learning resources, open career pathways for young people, and help local organizations serve their communities more effectively. But access alone is not enough. Communities need training, mentorship, safety awareness, and continued support.
